How long does shipping take?
The estimated shipping time is within 4-5 business days for the United States, 7 to 8 business days for Mexico, and 8 to 11 business days for the rest of the world.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately support@yeraldy.com if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours.

Damages and issues

Yeraldy Inc. provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. We will do our best to assist you, but Yeraldy Inc. does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen
Yeraldy Inc. does not hold responsibility for packages that are damage BY THE UNITED POSTAL SERVICE ( USPS ) .
Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
